Refund policy
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges – Wrap Shap
At Wrap Shap, we aim to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and satisfying. However, due to the nature of our products, returns are applicable only on certain eligible items under specific conditions.
✅ Eligible for Return
Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- All original tags and labels are intact
- The product is not part of any non-returnable category listed below
To initiate a return, please email us at nainci@wrapshap.in with your order number, product details, and reason for return. Once approved, returns must be sent to:

Note: Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the item was received in damaged condition.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Returns are NOT accepted for the following:
- Food items, edible hampers, or perishable goods
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products
- Products purchased under MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards or personal care products
We do not offer any kind of returns on products purchased with quantity-based pricing or bulk orders.
📦 Damages or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery at nainci@wrapshap.in along with your order number and clear images of the issue. We will review and resolve the matter on a case-by-case basis.
🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase another product, please place a new order after your return has been processed and approved.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Important: While processing refunds, applicable bank or payment gateway charges may be deducted before initiating the final refund amount.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund in your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at nainci@wrapshap.in.
