Shipping Terms
We use trusted third-party courier partners to deliver all our orders. Every order is carefully hand-packed and shipped with a shipping label. Once your order is picked up by our delivery partner, you will receive an email with your tracking details. You can track your order using the provided tracking link and your order number.
For Bulk Orders: Bulk consignments are shipped via reliable transport services and not through regular couriers. Transport details will be shared after dispatch. Most transporters provide local door delivery in major cities. Please note that transport charges are additional and not included in the total amount paid. Any shipping charges reflected during checkout are primarily for packing and handling purposes.
Shipping Timelines
We understand the excitement of receiving your order and aim to dispatch as quickly as possible. However, order fulfillment can take up to 3-5 business days or higher, depending on product availability or if certain items are made to order.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes:
- 5-7 working days for most locations in India
We work with well-reputed courier services, and delivery may often happen earlier, especially in metro cities. However, please note that these delivery timelines are general estimates. Wrap Shap does not take any responsibility or guarantee for delays caused by courier partners or external factors such as weather, strikes, or remote location challenges.
Shipping Origin
All orders are processed and shipped from our own warehouse located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Unavailability at Time of Delivery
Our courier partners will make two attempts to contact and deliver your order. If delivery is unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us. Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address with correct pin code and mobile number to avoid any delays or failed deliveries.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
At Wrap Shap, we strive to deliver quality and satisfaction with every order. However, due to the nature of our products, returns are applicable only on certain items.
✅ Eligible for Return
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the item meets the following conditions:
- Item is unused and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging are intact
- Item is not part of a restricted or non-returnable category (see below)

Note: Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the product is received in damaged condition.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Returns are NOT accepted for the following:
- Any kind of food items or edible hampers
- Customized, personalized or made-to-order items
- MOQ or bulk orders with quantity-based pricing
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards and personal care products
📦 Damages or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 24–48 hours of delivery at nainci@wrapshap.in with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will assess the situation and do our best to provide a resolution.
🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please place a new order after your return is approved and processed.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Some banks or credit card companies may take additional time to reflect the refund.
